Helical gears with Power Skiving technology

We conducted tests on the machining of gears with helical teeth using our power skiving driven toolholders.

The results, both with regard to cycle times and about the quality and accuracy class of the gears obtained, were absolutely fine.

Our power skiving driven toolholder allows also these processes on a standard CNC turning center!
