The Driven Broaching Toolholder allows the machining of internal and external gear broaching as well as keyways, directly on the standard turret lathe, without the need for dedicated additional machines, with remarkable time and cost saving.

Thanks to its new oversized guides, it can perform broaching machining with the maximum rigidity and precision.

The Driven Broaching Toolholder is compatible with commercial insert cutting tools and allows to use the same insert holder for internal and external broaching.

Its unit tool is automatically lifted during backward stroke, in order to assure the best tool life.

Optionally, the Driven Broaching Toolholder can be equipped with a microasjustment system in Y, which allows to recover eventual misalignments also on machines not equipped with Y-Axis.
